For me knowledge, personal growth and self-care are one.
Anybody who loves their body and spirit will include exercise in their daily lives.
I, personally, love and take care of my body from head to toe.
My goal is to achieve and maintain the best possible physical appearance considering the circumstances and my body. George Kazakopoulos has always been a valuable asset to me – helping me achieve my goals and guiding me, while at the same time helping me avoid overdoing it.
For me exercise is part of my self-care routine and I wouldn’t want to neglect it.
In other words “a sound mind in a sound body”.
