At this age I prioritize good health, in order to be able to enjoy life without many physical restrictions.
My goal is bettering and maintaining my quality of life, as well as facing everyday life physical needs. For people my age bodily autonomy is the most important thing and I would not want to lose it.
That’s why, even if to some, it might sound weird, I decided to start exercising and specifically with the help of a personal trainer, in order to do so correctly and effectively. That’s when I met George, who immediately won me over with his skills as well as his humility.
Step by step, slowly but surely, I started noticing clear signs of progress and started felling younger.
Today, George and exercise are integral parts of my life and my first line of defense against time and immobility. Lastly thanks to my new habit I continue being socially active, which also helps better my mental state.
