Becoming a mother requires mental and physical strength and endurance that I could have never imagined.
That’s why now that I’m waiting for my transformation to a mother to be complete, I need exercise more than ever.
I am going through the most challenging period of my life thus far, and exercising helps me calmly face the changes that have come, to my body and my health.
I am determined to bring a healthy child into this world, on my own terms, and George has contributed to my efforts with his expertise as well as his calmness.
My goal is to maintain a health and fit silhouette while preparing for a natural pregnancy.
